1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain products, such as digital game codes or downloadable content, are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads (game codes, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Opened or used merchandise
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If your return is found to be ineligible, you will be notified via email.

4. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@leapznboundz.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: After approval, you will receive return instructions and an authorization.
  • Ship the Product: Securely package the item and send it to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • If your product is defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges for different items or versions are not permitted. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies.
  • For digital downloads, cancellations must be requested before the code is delivered.
